Bullet magnets are an efficient device for extracting ferrous fines as well as large pieces of contamination from gravity or air blown pipelines, for products such as flour, sugar, salt etc.
With the cone on their leading end, product is efficiently distributed across the magnetic face allowing for effective removal of ferrous contaminant from product flows.
Available in three configurations being,
- Bolted for industrial grade use such as plastics (Non-Food grade) 10,000-14,000 Gauss.
- Fully welded for Food/Dairy grade use 10,000-14,000 Gauss.
(Compliant to the strict international HACCP 0909MAGSEP 2-2024 standard)
Easy to Integrate, Easy To Maintain
Our Bullet Magnets are designed for quick and EasyCleaning of ferrous contaminant. Simply open the maintenance door to access the Magnetic Bullet and remove any caught ferrous contaminant.
As it is made from High Powered Neodymium Magnets, it does not require any electricity so this system can run 24/7 without the need for power.
These systems are also very easy to integrate into an existing line. With fully customisable inlet and outlets we can work with you to make one work for your your line.
