Our Inline Magnetic Probes come in a number of customisation options to suit your line and product. Available in dual and triple magnetic probes for lines that are worried about any present ferrous contaminant.
Also being able to be custom made for any line with either flanges, RJT or Tri-clover connections, these magnets can be easily incorporated into your existing line without any major modifications.
All our probes are made to the strict international HACCP 0909MAGSEP 2-2024 standard and have the option to use N52M magnet to provide a surface gauss rating between 13,000 – 14,000 gauss.
Easy To Maintain With No Power Requirements
Being made with high strength Neodymium in either N50 or the highest grade N52M, these systems require no electricity thanks to the permanently magnetised magnets inside a strong stainless steel casing, allowing them to be used in areas where power access is difficult or impossible.
Also maintenance free aside from their annual validation testing, these systems make extracting ferrous contaminant hassle free.
