Intense Magnetic Fields for Fine Ferrous Contamination
The Rare Earth separator rods are designed to capture and hold micron size ferrous contamination from dry free-flowing powder, granules, liquids, and emulsions.
They are tapped at each end and can be bolted to a frame, forming a magnetic grid ensuring product purity and protection of expensive machinery from the introduction of ferrous contamination.
Why Neodymium Rods?
- Being tapped at each end allows a series of rods to be easily installed into a frame creating an invisible wall of magnetism.
- Made from sturdy, fully welded and polished 316 stainless steel casings that are suitable for even food grade environments.
- Being made of Earth magnet material creates 10,000 – 14,000 gauss on the rod’s surface the strongest field possible to extract and retain contaminant.
- Other than cleaning these are totally maintenance free with no power required
We have several standard 25mm (1 Inch) diameter rods in several sizes in stock and can easily custom make to any other length of diameter on request.
All our range is also made for standard 80°C temperature rated with high temperature options to 350°C available on request.
