Portable Ferrous Testers
Our Magnetic Probes are made to be easily transported around production facilities to test finished product for any ferrous contaminants. Simply insert the probe into the product stream or receptacle containing your finished product and wave the probe around and remove to check for ferrous contaminants making them an excellent quality control tool.
Available in two configurations being,
- EasyClean with a stainless steel sleeve to allow for quick release of contaminant with the pull of a handle with a surface gauss strength between 8000 – 9,500 Gauss.
- Fully welded for Food/Dairy grade use with a fixed magnetic rod requiring manual cleaning. Surface gauss strength 10,000-14,000 Gauss.
(Compliant to the strict international HACCP 0909MAGSEP 2-2024 standard)
These systems also come in varying stock sizes with custom made options available on request.
Easy To Maintain With No Power Requirements
Being made with high strength Neodymium in either N50 or the highest grade N52M, these systems require no electricity thanks to the permanently magnetised magnets inside a strong stainless steel casing, allowing them to be used in areas where power access is difficult or impossible.
Also maintenance free aside from their annual validation testing, these systems make extracting ferrous contaminant hassle free.
