This allows the product to flow across or close to the plate magnet removing and holding the contamination, helping product purity or avoiding damage to expensive machinery.
Deep Field To Reach Through Product
Plate magnets have a deep field that allow them to reach deep into product flows to pull out ferrous metals and ensure product purity.
Combined with catchment strips on the face of the magnetic plates allow them to effectively catch and retain contaminant until it can be cleaned and inspected by the operators and also avoid wash off back into your line.
