High Power Separation Rods

Our Neodymium Magnetic Rods or Separator Bars and Tubes are often used in the food and dairy industry as a method of removing ferrous contaminant from their production lines. This ensures product purity allowing for a passive manner of extracting contaminant that does not require electricity.

Our stock range offers either sealed ends or tapped M8 holes for easy mounting to create grids, grates or drawer systems.

Neodymium is a stable material and will hold its magnetism unless heated or shocked (dropped) with most of our rods rated to 80°C, high temperature rods can be made on request.
